Caltech Together makes it easy for alumni to bring the Techer community together—wherever they are. These events are created and led by Techers who want to reconnect, make new friends, or just share an experience with others who speak their language.

Whether it’s a museum visit, a local hike, or a casual dinner — you bring the idea, we help spread the word.

Have an idea?

We’ll help you bring it to life. You don’t need a budget—just a concept and a few minutes to fill out the form. The Caltech Alumni Association (CAA) takes care of:

    • Creating a registration page for your guests
    • Providing custom Caltech-branded graphics for social media
    • Promoting the event through targeted emails, alumni website events calendar and on Techer Professional Network
    • Tracking RSVPs and registrations

Submit your event at least 8 weeks in advance so we can review and promote it.
